Disciple 1

DISCIPLE is a program of disciplined Bible study aimed at developing strong Christian leaders. The study gives the Old and New Testaments equal time, emphasizing the wholeness of the Bible as a revelation of God. DISCIPLE draws upon the work of scholars, the personal Bible reading and study of the participant, and dynamic group discussion to aid understanding of the Bible.

Alpha

Is there more to life than this? How does God guide us? What does the Holy Spirit do? Alpha helps us explore the meaning of life, revealing that Christianity can be as relevant today as it was 2,000 years ago.

Christian Believer

Have you ever sung a hymn or recited a creed and asked, “Why do we say that?” Discover the church’s answer to questions that grow out of human life and Christian experience as you study church history and doctrine in this in-depth look at classical doctrines. Christian Believer is a 30-week study focused on classical teachings of the Christian faith through the use of words, symbols, and hymns.

Biblical Perspectives on Human Sexuality

An in-depth study of how the Bible addresses human sexuality. Participants study and learn about different interpretations, with the goal not being to change opinions but to broaden understanding. Cost is $15 per person (for materials).

Good News that Changes Everything by Melissa Spoelstra

We live in a world full of bad news. In the midst of all this heartbreak, we can’t lose sight of the fact that God has given us good news. We call it the gospel. In this six-week study of the Book of Romans, we will be highlighting significant concepts regarding the good news about faith, grace, daily life, God’s plan, relationships, and eternity.

WOMEN OF VALOR CLASS: The Miracles of Jesus, by Jessica LaGrone

In this six-week Bible study, Jessica LaGrone leads us in a captivating exploration of the miracles of Jesus, helping us to see that our weakness is an invitation for God to work powerfully in our lives and reminding us that we need God on our best days just as much as we do on our worst.
